Our fruit vinegars are using apple cider vinegar produced from Tasmanian apples by the Cascade Brewery. We add our fresh berries and some sugar.
The history of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) can be traced as far back as 3000 B.C. when it was used to help in the fight against diseases and to promote a longer and healthier life. It was also used by explorers scurvy. ACV can be used for a wide range of purpose:

When mixed with canola oil, and perhaps a dash of garlic, our vinegars make excellent vingarettes, for use on green salads.
Vinegar is a healthy substitute for table salt, and can also lessen one's craving for sweets.
