1 plain sponge cake 2 tablespoons jam Half a cup of your favourite Thornlea Wines fruit liqueur 2 cups of fresh fruit- choose your fruit to compliment the liqueur you are using 2 cups full cream milk custard. 1 cup cream, lightly whipped with a few drops vanilla essence and a teaspoon icing sugar added.
