Fruit Liqueur Granita
Saturday, April 21st, 2007The fruit liqueur can be frozen by itself to make an icy topping for summer fruits and drinks. Serve in small quantities. It can also be combined with pureed, sweetened fruits. For example a strawberry granita would require 2 cups strawberries pureed with quarter cup castor sugar then combined with 1 cup strawberry liqueur.
